Background ✨
Lufthansa and Condor ended their long term feeder cooperation agreement in June 2021, after which Condor launched a public lobbying campaign claiming Lufthansa was distorting competition by refusing feeder services at acceptable rates and volumes. The share of Condor's long haul passengers using Lufthansa feeders fell sharply, forcing Condor to cut several North American routes. The ongoing legal dispute over feeder flights progressed to the current court ruling1.
