Comair acquires full ownership of technology company Nacelle

Comair (South Africa) acquired (02-Jun-2020) Infinea's 50% shareholding of their aviation technology company Nacelle. The deal gives Comair full control of IT infrastructure, customer data, flight systems and support services. Negotiations had commenced before Comair entered business rescue, but the company is unable to fund the deal immediately.
