Colombia authorised ASUR's acquisition of Airplan and Aeropuertos de Oriente

Colombia's infrastructure agency (ANI) authorised (11-Oct-2017) Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR) invest on Airplan and Aeropuertos de Oriente. As previously reported by CAPA, ASUR will own approximately 92.42% of Airplan capital stock and 97.26% of Aeropuertos de Oriente capital stock and controlling interest for both companies totalled an investment of up to USD262 million.
