Citilink CEO on codeshare with Garuda: 'There are pros and cons about whether we should cooperate'

Citilink president & CEO Albert Burhan, speaking at the CAPA Asia Aviation Summit, said (23-Nov-2015) the carrier does not codeshare with its parent Garuda Indonesia due to uncertainty about the model initially. Mr Burhan explained: "In the beginning, we didn't know if it would work… [So] we tried to keep the two apart." Mr Burhan added: "There are pros and cons about whether we should cooperate more… It is good for now that we are a separate entity."
