Clark International Airport Corporation previously stated the Clark-Valenzuela segment of the North-South Commuter Railway was due to open in 2028 and the full Clark–Calamba line was designed to carry 800,000 passengers per day.1 It also said the 147km, PHP873.62 billion project was expected to partially commence in late 2027 or early 2028.2 The Department of Transportation said a connector path linking the airport to the future NSCR station was due for completion in 2026.3
