Chopin Airport City planned for 2011 development

Poland's Warsaw Chopin Airport announced plans to commence construction of an airport city in late 2011, with development to be carried out over 10 to 20 years (Polish Market Online, 27-Oct-2009). Polish Airports (PPL) is to open the tender for the centres design in Nov-2009 with the winner announced by Mar-2010. Up to USD3.5 billion will be invested in the development.
