CAAC reported (15-Mar-2019) the following traffic highlights for Chinese airlines:

• Feb-2019:
  • Passengers: 53.8 million, +11.1% year-on-year;
    • Domestic: 47.9 million, +10.8%;
    • International: 6.0 million, +13.5%;
  • Cargo: 376,000 tonnes, -17.6%;
  • Aircraft movements: 464,022, +9.1%;
  • Revenue tonnes kilometres (RTKs): +7.5%;
    
    • Domestic: +9.8%;
    • International: +3.1%;On time performance: 80.6%, +0.5ppt;
  • Flight hours: 979,000 hours, +6.9%;
• First two months of 2019:
  • Passengers: 107 million, +12.9%;
