China's GDP expected to rise 10% in 2010, +9% in 2011

China's Development Research Centre of the State Council Deputy Director Liu Shijin stated China's GDP will grow by 9% next year but warned that the nation's economy will be challenged by rising labour costs, liquidity problems and difficulty in sustaining rapid growth in the long-term (Xinhua, 17-Oct-2010). Mr Liu stated China's GDP is expected to grow by 10% in 2010.
