China Eastern Airlines targets debt ratio reduction to below 80%

China Eastern Airlines Chairman, Liu Shaoyong, stated the carrier plans to reduce its debt ratio from 90% to below 80% once its completes its restructuring with Shanghai Airlines (Money.163.com, 18-Jul-2010).
