China Eastern Airlines parent and Juneyao Group sign strategic cooperation agreement

China Eastern Air Holding Company and Juneyao Group signed (06-Sep-2019) a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The agreement is part of China Eastern Airlines' initiatives to promote Shanghai as an international aviation hub and air transportation centre, expediting its mixed ownership reform, construction of 'five centres' in Shanghai and fostering the future sustainable development of both carriers. As of 06-Sep-2019, Juneyao Group and its subsidiaries held a 10% of A shares and 10.23% of H shares in China Eastern, representing around 10.07% of the total share capital of China Eastern.
