Chengdu Airlines' first ARJ21 enters service

Chengdu Airlines confirmed (28-Jun-2016) it launched inaugural Comac ARJ21-700 operations, with the aircraft deployed on Chengdu-Shanghai Hongqiao sector on 28-Jun-2016. Chengdu Airlines transported 70 passengers on the inaugural service. The carrier said it has eight captains with qualifications to operate the aircraft. It also has 52 cabin crew, 55 maintenance crew and 30 flight operations personnel with training and qualifications for the aircraft type. [more - original PR - Chinese]
