Liricon Capital and Plenary Americas previously restructured the Calgary Airport Banff Rail (CABR) proposal to align with Alberta's plans for an express passenger train from YYC Calgary International Airport to downtown Calgary and Banff, offering to build and operate the segment from downtown to Banff at no cost to the province if access is provided from the airport terminal to downtown. The Rail Master Plan Study was set for completion in Apr-20251.
