Cathay Pacific resumed Hong Kong-Madrid on 01-Oct-2022 after a suspension since Mar-2020, operating the route with A350 equipment.1 Cathay Pacific and Iberia previously expanded their codeshare in Aug-2018 to include the Madrid-Hong Kong service operated by Cathay, building on a May-2017 agreement covering domestic Spain and Lisbon routes from Madrid.2 3 Finnair also scheduled an Iberia codeshare expansion from Madrid in Aug-2023, including Santo Domingo.4
