Caribbean Airlines seeks takeover of LIAT

Caribbean Airlines reportedly plans to seek a takeover of LIAT with Caribbean Airlines to negotiate with the Barbados, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and Antigua and Barbuda governments (alternativeairlines.com, 14-May-2010). Caribbean Airlines recently acquired a majority stake in Air Jamaica.
