Caribbean Airlines CIO: NDC adoption slowed by lack of agreement

Caribbean Airlines CIO Jeremy Mohammed, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Latin America & Caribbean, stated (22-Aug-2024) the implementation of New Distribution Capability (NDC) has not progressed at the expected rate due to lack of agreement across the value chain. Mr Mohammed noted that some companies in the chain might lose revenue with the adoption of NDC.
