Carbon-neutral growth from 2020 'certainly achievable': IATA CEO

IATA director general and CEO Tony Tyler, speaking at the CAPA Airlines In Transition Summit, said (11-Mar-2016) carbon-neutral growth in the aviation industry from 2020 is "certainly achievable." Mr Tyler said the widespread use of biofuels will be essential and said governments need to give more attention to biofuels to help break the cycle of low utilisation and high costs.
