Canberra Airport prepared to handle overflow from Sydney

Australia's Canberra Airport MD Stephen Byron, speaking at the CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit, stated (09-Aug-2013) the airport can be "on standby" to play a small role as an overflow airport for Sydney Airport.
