CAAC studies parallel routes to improve on-time performance

CAAC Director General Li Jiaxiang stated th authority, in conjunction with China's Space Management Committee's ATC System, are studying the use of parallel routes in order to reduce China's poor on-time performance rates (China News, 10-Mar-2011). An outcome is expected in the second half of this year. China's average flight on-time performance rate reached 75.5% in 2010.
