CAAC reportedly stated passenger numbers reached 28.3 million in Oct-2012, a 3.1% increase when compared to Sep-2012, according to CAAC-News. Domestic passenger numbers increased 7.4% year-on-year to 26.4 million while international passenger numbers fell 0.1% to 1.9 million during the month.
