CAAC reports 13% jump in pax in Oct-2010

CAAC reported (19-Nov-2010) the following traffic highlights in Oct-2010:

• Passenger numbers: 24.5 million, +12.7% year-on-year;
  • Domestic: 22.7 million, +1.7%;
  • Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan: 603,000, +21.1%;
  • International: 1.7 million, +26.8%;
• Cargo volume: 496,400 tonnes, +18.3%;
  • Domestic: 317,900 tonnes, +11.7%;
  • Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan: 18,000 tonnes, +7.6%;
  • International: 178,500 tonnes, +32.1%.
