British Airways chief planning and strategy officer Neil Chernoff, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit World, stated (11-Dec-2025) "Airlines learned during COVID how to react and how to adapt to environments which are always changing… In a world where there's lots of changes, you have to be able to plan for disruption - and we've embedded that into our planning process".
