British Airways pleads guilty in air cargo price-fixing conspiracy

Canada's Competition Bureau announced (30-Oct-2009) British Airways has pleaded guilty in the Federal Court and has been fined CAD4.5 million for participating in an air cargo cartel affecting Canada. British Airways admitted to fixing surcharges on the sale and supply of international air cargo exported on certain routes from Canada between Apr-2002 and Feb-2006. [more]
