Boeing reports better sentiment in commerical aircraft financing market

Boeing Capital Corp General Manager of Aircraft Financial Services, Tim Myers, stated the recent USD1.3 billion loan deal secured by ILFC has raised sentiment in the commercial aircraft financing market (Dow Jones, 16-Mar-2010). He also commented that the industry has seen no "fire sales" of aircraft, but aircraft values have declined and many older aircraft that have been grounded will not return to service.
