Boeing net orders jump to 1037

Boeing, on its Twitter page, stated (22-Nov-2013) net orders for the year "jump to 1037 as 777X agreements start rolling to our order book". On its Orders and Deliveries page, updated through 19-Nov-2013, Boeing said there are 84 new orders since the previous updated. This is comprised one 737 business jet/VIP customer, Etihad Airways orders for 26 777s and 30 787s, Lufthansa orders for 20 777s, and unidentified order for 737s. Boeing also identified a TUI Travel PLC order for two 787s previously listed as unidentified. In the changes category, reduced 737 net orders by four. [more - original PR]
