Boeing hopes to announce new B787 delivery schedule within two weeks

Boeing Commercial Airplanes President and CEO, Jim Albaugh, stated the manufacturer hopes to announce details of a new B787 delivery schedule within two weeks (Herald Net, 13-Jan-2011). Boeing is awaiting FAA approval for design fixes to the aircraft before it announces the new schedule. Boeing reportedly plans to resume FAA certification flights for the aircraft this week.
