Boeing China: Boeing could deliver China's first Boeing 787 in coming weeks

Boeing China president Marc Allen stated the manufacturer could deliver the first Boeing 787 to a Chinese carrier in a few weeks. Mr Allen, as reported by Chengdu Business Daily, said the aircraft is currently parked in the Boeing factory in Seattle and is awaiting certification from CAAC. Mr Allen also said China Southern Airlines and Hainan Airlines will be the first Chinese carriers to receive the 787.
