Boeing and Korean Air Lines in talks over B787 schedule

Boeing Korea President Patrick Gaines stated the manufacturer is in talks with Korean Air Lines over its delivery schedule for the B787 (Reuters/AFP/Bloomberg, 19-Jan-2011). Mr Gaines said: "The discussions are ongoing with Korean Air." The first delivery of the B787 is scheduled for 3Q2011. There have been reports that Korean Air Lines will receive its first B787 in Aug-2012, 10 months later than previously scheduled. Mr Gaines stated the company would announce a fixed date when it becomes available.
