BOC Aviation signs launch customer agreement with Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China

BOC Aviation signed (14-Feb-2012) a launch customer agreement (LCA) with Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC) for 20 C919 aircraft. The signing of the contract with COMAC builds upon the CNY50 billion (USD7.9 billion) strategic cooperation framework agreement signed between the two parties in Jun-2011. Following the signing of this LCA, BOC Aviation becomes the 11th launch customer for the C919 aircraft. The latest order increases the total orders for the 150-seat C919 to 235. [more - original PR]
