Blue Panorama Airlines enters administration, in negotiations with an 'international investor'

Blue Panorama Airlines entered administration, with the carrier entering negotiations with an unspecified "international investor", according to local reports from La Stampa, Avio-Italia.com and TravelQuotidiano.com. Blue Panorama Airlines stated: "On January 27, we applied for admission to the extraordinary administration and therefore the abandonment of the composition procedure in continuity. On 17 March the court of Rome has decreed the appointment of the judicial commissioner indicated by the Ministry of Economic Development." The court appointed Giuseppe Leogrande as judicial commissioner. The carrier added "the management of the company will be left to the company's founder, Franco Pecci", and its operations "are fully regular and will continue without interruption." Mr Pecci confirmed "the existence of negotiations for entry into the company of an international investor."
