Better airport services would help HK Express improve OTP: CEO

HK Express CEO Andrew Cowen, speaking at the CAPA LCC Airports Congress, said (15-Sep-2015) on time performance (OTP) is a key measure for the airline's overall performance, impacting customer satisfaction and aircraft utilisation. Mr Cowen said the airline could increase OTP to above 90% if airports improved delivery of services including ground handling.
