Russia's Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov said Belarus and Russia planned to establish joint manufacture of the Osvey LMS-192 at the Sokol Aircraft Plant.1 Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency head Dmitry Yadrov also put Osvey certification at end-2029, with airline demand estimated at 59 aircraft by 2035.2 The agency earlier framed Osvey certification as a 2027-2029 target window.3
