Avolon acquired 21 aircraft in 4Q2025 and 168 in 2025, including 106 via the Castlelake Aviation acquisition, while it sold 95 aircraft in 2025 and ended the year with 72 aircraft agreed for sale.1 It also ordered 90 Airbus aircraft (75 A321neos and 15 A330neos) for delivery through to 2033 and ended 2025 with an owned, managed and committed fleet of 1132 aircraft.1
