Avolon fully integrated its acquisition of Castlelake Aviation in 2024, adding 116 aircraft to its fleet, which contributed to its owned, managed, and committed fleet of 1129 aircraft by the end of 20241 2. This acquisition, initially agreed in 3Q2024, included 105 aircraft and was expected to close in 1Q20253 4. Additionally, Avolon raised USD1.5 billion in senior unsecured notes and extended its revolving credit facility to USD5.8 billion in 4Q20242.
