Aviation Week Network: China's international recovery has been gradual

Aviation Week Network Senior Air Transport Editor Asia Pacific Adrian Schofield, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Asia & Sustainability Awards, stated (05-Nov-2024) China's international recovery has been gradual, with overall international capacity in the mainland China market at 78% of 2019 levels. Mr Schofield said China Eastern Airlines is at 96%, Air China is at 95% and China Southern Airlines is at 86%, noting: "There is an uneven recovery in China's international market".
