Australian Infrastructure Fund acquires stake in Australia Pacific Airports Co

Australian Infrastructure Fund acquired (06-May-2010) a 2.21% stake in Australia Pacific Airports Corp for a purchase price of AUD75.1 million (USD66.4 million) in cash. The fund also launched a fully underwritten institutional placement to raise AUD80 million (USD71 million) to fund the acquisition.
