In an 08-Aug-2025 securities filing, the City of Atlanta reportedly outlined a larger planned bond issue of about USD970 million of AMT bonds and USD50 million of non-AMT bonds for ATL infrastructure works, and it considered labelling part of the sale as green bonds1. Separately, the FAA awarded ATL USD92.5 million under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law for projects prioritising safety, equity and sustainability2.
