ATA airlines reports 3.7% fall in Feb-2010 pax

Air Transport Association of America (ATA) reports (31-Mar-2010) the following traffic highlights for its member airlines in Feb-2010:

Passenger numbers: 35.6 million, -3.7% year-on-year;
- Domestic: 30.8 million, -4.5%;
- International: 4.8 million, +1.7%;
  - Trans-Atlantic: 1.3 million, -1.3%;
  - Latin America: 2.6 million, +1.2%;
  - Asia Pacific: 922,000, +7.7%;
Load factor: 77.0%, +3.2 ppts;
- Domestic: 78.2%, +1.9 ppt;
- International: 74.4%, +6.0 ppts;
  - Trans-Atlantic: 68.6%, +6.4 ppts;
  - Latin America: 77.1%, +3.8 ppts;
  - Asia Pacific: 80.6%, +7.1 ppts. [more]
