Arik Air temporarily suspends operations

Arik Air, via its official Facebook account, announced (25-Mar-2020) it will temporarily suspend all scheduled services from 27-Mar-2020 to help contain the spread of COVID-19. The airline hopes to resume operations "as soon as feasible". The carrier will remain available for charter requests to support government, emergency and humanitarian operations (Nigerian Tribune/Vanguard, 25-Mar-2020).
