Arajet working to promote employment in aviation: COO

Arajet COO Garret Malone, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Latin America & Caribbean, said (09-Sep-2025) part of the challenge with workforces and recruitment in Latin America is that "people don't realise that there are opportunities out there for them in aviation". Arajet is working with schools and educational institutions to ensure that employment in aviation is seen as an option for young people.
