ANA Holdings commenced a strategic reorganisation of its group-wide cargo business in Aug-2025, aiming to accelerate decision-making, optimise costs and maximise profitability following NCA's integration, with completion targeted by end-FY2026 and NCA retaining its AOC.1 ANA and NCA also planned cargo codesharing from 26-Oct-2025 on Japan-North America/Europe routes, using NCA 747F and ANA 777F operations, subject to regulatory approval.2
