Starlink adoption continued to accelerate across global fleets, with United Airlines reporting Starlink on more than 25% of daily departures and targeting over 500 mainline aircraft by end of 20261. Southwest planned fleet-wide Starlink installs from summer 2026, reaching more than 300 aircraft by end 20262. American previously partnered with AT&T to provide complimentary WiFi for AAdvantage members on aircraft equipped with Viasat and Intelsat connectivity3.
