American Airlines reports (11-Sep-2012) the following traffic highlights for Aug-2012:

  • Passenger numbers: 9.6 million, +0.5% year-on-year;
  • Passenger traffic (RPMs): +0.1%;
  • Passenger load factor: 85.8%, +1.4 ppt;
    • Domestic: 87.2%, +1.1 ppt;
    • International: 85.8%, +1.7 ppt;
      • Trans-Atlantic: 87.5%, +0.5 ppt;
      • Latin America: 84.1%, +2.3 ppts;
      • Asia Pacific: 86.1%, +3.5 ppts;
