American Airlines pax numbers stable in Jun-2012, PRASM up 9%

American Airlines reports (09-Jul-2012) the following traffic highlights in Jun-2012:

  • Passenger numbers: 9.6 million, -0.4% year-on-year;
  • Passenger load factor: 87.1%, +1.4 ppts;
    • Domestic: 88.6%, +1.2 ppts;
    • International: 86.4%, +1.7 ppts;
    • Europe: 90.6%, +1.1 ppts;
    • Latin America: 81.2%, +1.0 ppts;
