AMB Property leases 9,500 sqm at Madrid Barajas International Airport

Spain's Madrid Barajas International Airport (MAD) announced (18-Aug-09) AMB Property Corporation has signed two lease agreements for more than 9,500 sqm in a development immediately adjacent to the airport. The first agreement was signed with Panalpina, leasing approximately 5,500 sqm to expand its operations in the Madrid market. The second agreement is with Newrest for more than 4,000 sqm for its Spain/Portugal operations headquarters, flagship warehouse and food preparation facility. [more]
