San Martin De Los Andes Chapelco Airport planned an expansion of more than 1000sqm at its main building, including a new arrivals hall and a larger boarding lounge, backed by an ARS2.5 billion investment to support rising traffic.1 Argentina’s government previously completed an ARS125 million redevelopment at the airport to facilitate international services, including terminal adjustments for simultaneous parking of two aircraft.2
