ALC executive chairman: Listening to customers was 'one of the greatest ingredients of our success'

Air Lease Corporation (ALC) executive chairman Steven Udvar-Hazy, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit World & Awards for Excellence, stated (22-Nov-2024) listening to customers was "one of the greatest ingredients of our success". Mr Udvar-Hazy said: "If you do not have a strong understanding of the DNA of your customer, you're going to be handicapped".
