AIT Dublin: Aer Lingus looking for value-added ancillaries

Aer Lingus CEO Christoph Mueller at CAPA's Airlines in Transition conference in Dublin said (12-Apr-2013) the carrier wants to introduce more ancillaries that deliver a benefit to passengers rather than have ancillaries that charge for what used to be. "That is not sustainable," Mr Mueller said.
