Airports of Thailand pax up 18%, cargo down 3% in Aug-2013

Airports of Thailand reported (11-Sep-2013) the following traffic highlights for Aug-2013:

  • Passenger numbers: 7.7 million, +18.1% year-on-year;
    • Domestic: 2.9 million, +15.9%;
    • International: 4.8 million, +19.4%;
  • Cargo volume: 109,903 tonnes, -3.4%;
  • Aircraft movements: 49,332, +18.6%;
    • Domestic: 20,736, +12.7%;
    • International: 28,596, +23.3%.
