Collinson International found travel benefits such as lounge access mattered as much as, or more than, the loyalty payment card brand for 84% of respondents, and such benefits encouraged more regular card use for 61% of frequent travellers surveyed across EMEA.1 ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East reported that airport commercial performance depended increasingly on passenger mix, with Gen Z and Millennials spending 3.5 times more than Gen X and Boomers, and more than half of surveyed airports stating commercial revenue was stronger than 2019 levels.2
