Airlines should share profits with employees: Finnair CCO
Finnair CCO Juha Jarvinen, speaking at the CAPA Airlines In Transition Summit, suggested (10-Mar-2016) airlines find a way for employees to share in profits. Mr Jarvinen also noted partially outsourcing labour can provide more flexibility.
